Accommodation comprises two bedrooms; one bedroom with a twin bed, one with a king size bed. Downstairs, there is a study with a single futon, and there is a double sofa bed in the sitting room. (therefore sleeps 7). There are two separate bathrooms, one upstairs and one down. Downstairs has a shower, and upstairs a large soaker bathtub and shower.

The kitchen and eating area are fully fitted with brand new stainless steel appliances and granite worktops. There is a wood burning stove in the eating area. The living room has a huge red brick open fireplace with granite shelf.

All the furniture and fittings are a combination of rustic and modern. They were bought locally, and fit into the unique style of the property.

There is a telephone, cable TV, VCR, AM/FM/CD player, clothes washer and dryer, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, vacuum, coffee maker, BBQ, stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, binoculars, board games and books of local interest.

The property has a sunny exposure, established gardens, large sunny deck with view, private sitting area, access to herbs and vegetables, if the deer don't eat them!

Anyway, you'll see from the photos what it looks like. Everybody who sees it loves it. It has a real style of its own, and compliments the area wonderfully.

The property is close to all the great attractions of southern Vancouver Island, including Victoria's Inner Harbour, and Nanaimo's shopping centers. It is easy to find, and close to all the mainland B.C. ferry routes.
